Hey everyone! Welcome to a new semester of TCNJ Club Softball!
Important Info for Current Players!
-Practice times (at Green Lane (Antiel) fields) are as followed:
-Monday 12:00-1:30
-Wednesday 12:00-1:30
-Friday 2:30-4:00
-If you need a ride please be behind the towers 15 minutes before practice starts
-Dues ($25 per player) are due to Erica as soon as possible!
-First games will be Saturday September 21 at Lafayette (games are 10am, 12pm, 2pm)
-We will be meeting by the STUD at 7:30 to leave
-Our first pasta party will be Friday September 20 at 6:00
-Rides will be given at 5:45 behind the towers

New Semester!!!
Important Info For Current Players:
- We will be practicing every Thursday starting next week (February 7th) from 8:45-10pm in the North Gym in Packer.
- The activities fair is on February 7th, from 12-3. Stop by the table and hang out for an hour or so if you can. If you can't stay long, please try to stop by for at least five minutes to fill out some paperwork.
- Dues! $40 ($20 a semester) due by March 2nd.
- First games against Rutgers will be on March 3rd at home.
Info for Prospective Players:
- Stop by the Activities Fair of February 7th between 12-3 to get more info or sign up for the e-mail updates on when tryouts will be!
- If anybody knows anyone that would be interested in a coaching type position, e-mail the account!!! We would really just like for someone to come to practice and games and hit some balls for us.

Getting Ready for Our Next Games!
The team has been practicing on a weekly basis, even with some tough rain-out days. After Fall Break, the team will really be buckling down and getting ready for their next competition, Rutgers and Delaware; the games will happen in the beginning of November.
The team is also definitely preparing themselves for the cold cold cold games that we will have!!! All of the girls hope to come out on top following our November games and we can't wait to see all of our support at the games! We love our fans! Check the schedule tab for updates on game dates and times!

Some Important Information! :)
The club softball team went 2-1 this past weekend against Lafayette! The team voted Katie G. as player of the week and Ashley Z. as pitcher of the week! They both also won these titles on the NCSA Conference Website:

Also, we will be playing Rutgers at home on Saturday, November 3rd at 10, 12, and 2, so keep that date open!
Finally, St. Joe's was just added to our conference so we will be playing them at some point in the spring!

Happenings This Week!
The team finished the games at Rowan this past weekend with 1 win and 2 ties! For our team, Jen Lombardi was voted as player of the week and Ashley Zarcaro as pitcher of the week. Visit clubsoftball.org to view more details about statistics and our conference (North-Atlantic East).
This week, practices are going as normal and on Friday, the team will be having a get-together. Details are in your e-mail, but contact Beth if you have any questions.

Details for Tomorrow's Games
Tomorrow's games against Rowan University will be played at the following location: 575 Fishpond Road, Glassboro, NJ 08028. The times of the games will be at 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm. Players going to the games should meet by the STUD (where the bus pick-up is) at 10:30am because we will be leaving by 10:45am. I hope everyone's pumped!
Tonight, we will be going to piccolo's and then back to the house of some of our members to hang out and distribute uniforms. If you need a ride, please meet behind Wolfe at 6:30pm!

And We're Off...
First, we would like to congratulate all of the new girls who made the team this semester!!!! We thank you for coming along and we are looking forward to a great season!!! Our updated roster can be seen at the Roster tab. :)
Second, our practice schedule for this semester will be Mon: 2-3:30, Wed: 3:30-5, Fri 3:30-5. Please try to make as many practices as you can and if you cannot make a practice, you are expected to let either Kelly or Erica know ASAP!
